What are the check-in and check-out times?
In Camps Bay, check-in is from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Guests arriving after 20:00 may be subject to a late arrival fee. At Villa Afrika in Istria, check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
Which villas have a private pool?
Adriatic, Apostle and Atlantic at Funkey each have their own private pool. Guests staying in the Atlantic Studio have no access to the pool. Villa Afrika in Istria has a 50 m² private pool.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children of all ages are allowed. Children 15 and under stay for free when using an existing bed. Please note that no cribs or extra beds are available.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Is there WiFi and parking?
Yes. Free high-speed WiFi is available in all units, and there is free parking on site with no reservation required.
What is included in every Camps Bay villa?
All villas come with Smart TVs and fully equipped kitchens. All bedrooms are en-suite with bathrooms that include linen and free toiletries. Netflix, a coffee machine and a safe are also provided, and daily housekeeping is available.
Are the villas accessible?
The upper floors of the pool villas are accessible by stairs only. Please get in touch before booking if you have accessibility needs, and we will help you choose the right villa.
How far is the beach?
The villas sit just above Bakoven Beach, with Camps Bay beach, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Hussar Grill and Bootleggers are a short walk away.

Booking direct means you deal with us, the owners, from your first question to check-out. Our online booking is handled securely by NightsBridge (Cape Town) and Lodgify (Istria).
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. The conditions that apply are shown when you select your villa in the booking system.
Do you host parties?
Our villas do not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
